Badship was created by artists and industry specialists to provide the very best digital assets for artists and content creators. Our carefully chosen range of products has been selected by experts to ensure high quality. No sifting through thousands of products to find a gem; all of our products are of a high standard or they wouldn’t be on the site.  

 

How am I allowed to use the product I’ve purchased?

This depends on the type of license you purchase. Please read our Licensing terms to ensure you purchase the correct license for your application. 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal, and very soon will accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Ali Pay and WeChat.

 

Why is there VAT applied to my order?

As a UK based company selling digital assets, we are legally required to charge digital VAT on all items sold to customers within the EU.

 

I have a VAT number, can I remove the VAT from my purchase?

Yes, enter your valid EU VAT number into the VAT number field provided on the checkout page, this will remove the VAT under the VAT Reverse Charge System.

 

Do I need to create an account to buy with you, or can I checkout as a guest?

You need a customer account in order to buy our products. This is so we can deliver the assets you’ve purchased to you in a secure manner.

 

What is your refund policy?

Customers may request a refund when a product is faulty or if it has been described inaccurately. Customers are only eligible for a refund if we are notified within 30 days of purchase - please alert us immediately if you have a problem with the product(s) you have purchased. Please read our full Returns Policy for more information.

 

I’ve accidentally purchased the same item twice, what can I do?

Don’t worry, we will issue a full refund for duplicate orders, please contact our sales team for help with your refund sales@badship.com

 

How do I access the product I’ve purchased?

Once a payment is made your products will be available for download in the ‘my downloads’ section of your Badship account. This may take up to 5 minutes after the purchase has been completed.

How do I search for products on Badship?

Enter descriptive terms in the search bar at the top of the page to start your search. For example: “Rocket model”, or “Painting tutorial”.

Search results are ordered by how relevant the items are to what you search for. You can change the order of your search results with the Sort by option above the search results.

 

How do I contact a vendor?

You may contact a vendor directly though our messaging system, simply click on the vendors icon to visit their store front. Click the link “Ask a question” in the top left of the page underneath their logo. You will need to have a Badship account and be logged in to ask a vendor a question.
