CyberPunk 2077 release date looms closer

One of the most eagerly anticipated games in, well, ever, Cyberpunk 2077 has been on everyone’s radar for a loooong time. It was actually announced way back in 2012. As the release date finally looms closer we take a look at what we know so far, and what people are most excited about.

It’s set to be released for PlayStation 4, Windows, and Xbox One in November 2020 – after several delays. The team are reportedly now working a mandatory six day week, something’s that caused controversy because developer CD Projekt Red previously promised they’d avoid ‘the Crunch’ and that staff would be allowed to opt out of overtime. (Source: Bloomberg)

The most recent official trailer (above), was released in June this year and has amassed over 13 million views.

The most recent commercial was released today! And features everyone’s favourite nice guy, Keanu Reeves, who just in case you didn’t already know (!) stars as Johnny Silverhand.

This video of streamers reacting to his first appearance in a trailer suggested that most people are happy with the casting 🙂
