Returns Policy

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact our support team on sales@badship.com to talk though your issues. We will endeavour to help you in whatever way we can and in certain situations we will provide a full refund and or store credit within 30 days of your purchase.
 

Badship will offer a refund in the following situations:

  • If your digital or physical product is faulty, damaged or not as described
     

Badship will offer store credit in the following situations:

  • If you have accidentally purchased the incorrect product
  • If you discover that the product you have purchased will not work for the project you intended it to be used for. Badship reserves the right to decline returns or store credit for products that are not faulty or any product digital or physical that was purchased more than 30 days prior to the refund request
